Slavo's Pork Stir Fry with Cauliflower Rice

This dish introduced us to cauliflower rice and we've been sold ever since. Try it and let us know what you think....


1lb Pork – cut into strips for stir-fry

1 Broccoli Crown – florets broken up and stalk chopped into bite-size pieces

1 Bell Pepper – cut into thin strips

1 Onion – yellow or red sliced thin

2 Tbl Ginger – minced

3 Garlic Cloves – minced

¼ c Cashews – chopped

1 can Water Chestnuts – sliced

1/3 c Soy sauce or Coconut Aminos (whole30)

1/3 c Sesame Oil

1 Tbl Cayenne or Chili Powder

1/4 Cauliflower Head – chopped fine in food processor


1. Place pork, soy, sesame oil, chili powder/cayenne, and Slavo Salt into a bag and marinade for 1 hour.

2. Get a large frypan screaming hot on the stove, add in 2 Tbl of grape seed oil and then the marinated meat. Cook over high heat for 3 minutes

3. Add in onions, cook for 2 minutes then add the garlic and ginger. Cook for additional 2 minutes.

4. Add in the broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers and 2 Tbl of soy sauce, cook another 2 minutes stirring well.
