Edamame is one of our favorite protein-packed superfoods and so we wanted to share this recipe that is healthy and completely addictive! Enjoy!
1 (12oz) Package Frozen Edamame (green soybeans) - shelled
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Slavo Salt to taste
1. Toss edamame, olive oil, parmesan cheese, and Slavo Salt in a bowl and mix well.
2. Place on a sheet pan in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.
