Take a break from the Halloween sweets and try this delicious autumn treat that is high in protein, fiber, zinc, copper and iron. We can’t get enough of this savory, crunchy, toasty snack! HAPPY HALLOWEEN, friends!!
2-4c pumpkin seeds – pulp removed and rinsed
2 Tbl Truffle Oil
1 Tbl Slavo Salt
1. Remove seeds and pulp from pumpkin and separate. Rinse seed in a colander and pat dry with a towel.
2. In a bowl mix seeds, oil and Slavo Salt.
3. Place on a sheet pan and into a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until they become crunchy. Careful not burn them or they’ll taste awful!
