2-4c pumpkin seeds - pulp removed and rinsed
2 Tbl Truffle Oil
1 Tbl Slavo Salt
1. Remove seeds and pulp from pumpkin and separate. Rinse seed in a colander and pat dry with a towel.
2. In a bowl mix seeds, oil and Slavo Salt.
3. Place on a sheet pan and into a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until they become crunchy. Careful not burn them or they'll taste awful!
